GIFT CARD PROGRAM

Support Our School While You Shop!

The Gift Card Program allows Canyon View families & friends to raise money to support our school with every gift card that is purchased through our program. Simply order gift cards through our program at face value, and then our school will receive money for every card ordered.

Gift cards are great for a gift, but also can be used for your everyday purchases. Purchase them for gas, groceries, shopping, dining, travel, and much more!

Gift Cards can also be purchased for the Giving Tree Program. See the Giving Tree specific order information and order form at the bottom of the page.

ORDER DATES:

There are two rounds for ordering:
ROUND 1: Return order form and payment by Wednesday, November 9th for gift card pick up on 11/17 & 11/18
Use this order due date for Giving Tree gift card orders

OPTION 2: Return order form and payment by Tuesday, December 6th for gift card pick up on 12/14 & 12/15

*An email will be sent to anyone that placed an order with times for pick up prior to the pick up date.

1) Fill out two page order form completely

Please write clearly when filling out contact information.
Select the gift cards you wish to purchase, circle the dollar increment if there is more than one option, and fill in quantity and total.
Enter complete Order Total and Check # or Cash at the end of the form.

2) Return completed form and payment to your child's teacher or the CV front office.

Make checks payable to Canyon View Elementary Foundation.

GIFT CARD ORDERS FOR PUSD Giving Tree

Information for Gift Card Program for Giving Tree

Orders Deadline: Wednesday, Nov. 9th

Canyon View families are able to purchase gift cards for Giving Tree through the CV Foundation’s Gift Card Program. Purchases through the Gift Card Program will help to support both the Giving Tree program and Canyon View. Canyon View receives a percentage back of each gift card purchased through the Gift Card Program.

To place a gift card order for Giving Tree:

Print and fill out the order form (click button to right for order form) and return with cash or a check to your student’s classroom or the CV front office.
Checks should be made payable to the Canyon View Elementary Foundation

*Giving Tree gift card orders will be handed directly to the CVES Giving Tree Coordinator.
